Maya niedawno skończyła 6 miesięcy (właściwie to już 6.5) i dzielnie siedzi sama bez podpierania chociaż czasem jeszcze jej sie zdarza przewracanie w jedną czy drugą stronę. Po przewróceniu się z pleców na brzuch od razu staje na czworakach i często wypina pupe do góry i staje na stopach ale nie bardzo wie co zrobić dalej. Czołga się dzielnie, przemieszcza się z miejsca na miejsce w taki czy inny sposób. W wannie podczas kąpieli spokojnie nie usiedzi. Terroryzuje nas też od czasu do czasu płaczem czy stękaniem jak chce iść na ręce lub jak coś ją wkurza. Gaworzy i nawija dzielnie pojedynczymi sylabami typu dada, tata, baba. I oczywiście popisuje się jak jest okazja :) Poznaje też nowe smaki, głównie owoce i warzywa, i jak narazie chyba najbardziej lubi banany. Z nowości to właśnie wychodzi jej pierwszy ząb na dole :) Uparta jest i nie da sobie zajrzeć do buzi, udało nam się może raz czy dwa, ale palcem czuć więc napewno idzie :)
Maya is 6 months now (actually 6.5), and she sits on her own without any props, although sometimes she still falls to one side or the other. After rolling over from her back to her tummy, she quickly stands on her feet and hands, sticking her bum up in the air and doesn’t know what to do next. She crawls and manages to move from one place to another. During a bath she can barely sit still. She also terrorises us with her crying or moaning when she wants to be picked up or is annoyed by something. She babbles a lot, using single syllables like baba, dada, tata, and of course she shows off whenever she can :) She gets some tastes of new foods like fruit and veggies, and so far bananas are her favourite. The latest news : her first tooth is coming out, bottom one :) She is a bit stubborn and we are not able to look into her mouth but (well we did once or twice), but we can feel it with a finger so it is definitely coming out :)
Maya jest nadal popularna wśród dorosłych jak i wśród dzieci. Bardzo chętnie brana jest na ręce przez innych, i jak narazie nie oponuje ;)
Maya is still very popular among adults as well as kids. She is often picked up by others and so far she doesn’t oppose ;)
Oprócz standardowych spacerów do parku czy na zakupy, co kilka dni zabieram ją do Kid’s Cafe czyli plac zabaw dla dzieci pod dachem, w centrum handowym New Core (w Hyundai DS też jest ale bardziej dla starszych dzieci). Nazywam te wizyty Prawdziwe Wymiany Zarazków z uwagi na przewijające się tam inne dzieci, z różnego rodzaju zarazkami i bakteriami, a im młodsze tym częściej wszystko ląduje w buzi. Miejsce jest fajne bo są tam atrakcje dla niemowlaków jak i dla starszych dzieci - samochody, domki, klocki, trampoliny, zjeżdżalnie a nawet Wii sports (mamy też grają), i telewizor w którym lecą bajki. Jest też wydzielone miejsce ze stołami i krzesłami gdzie można coś zjeść, plus dla mam są dwa stoiska z komputerami podłączonymi do internetu. Maya najbardziej chyba lubi siedzieć w piłkach na widok których bzikuje i bierze każdą do buzi. Lubi też jak się ją posadzi na ziemi (zresztą nie tylko tam ale w hotelu, czy nawet w restauracjach) wtedy hulaj dusza - może ‘biegać’ bez ograniczeń. Interesuje się też co inne dzieci robią, młodsze czy starsze.
Besides everyday walks to the parks or shops, sometimes I take Maya to the Kid’s Cafe which is an indoor playground for kids, in New Core shopping centre (they have one in Hyundai DS but it is mostly for older children). I call those visits Proper Germs Exchange because of the number of kids playing there, bringing different sorts of germs and bacteria, and the younger they are, the more they put everything in their mouth. The place is really nice because they have attractions for babies, as well as older kids - cars, houses, blocks, trampolines, slides, and also Wii Sports (mums play as well) and a TV with kids programmes. There is also a separate dining area, and two computers with internet connections (for mums). Maya really likes the colourful balls playground and every single one she grabs, it ends up in her mouth. She also likes to be let go on her own on the floor so that she can explore without limits (she does that also in the restaurants, and at the hotel). She is also interested a lot in other children playing, younger or older.
W jednej z restauracji (Dijon Euro Family Restaurant) do której czasem chodzimy, jest wydzielony pokój dla dzieci do zabawy. Tam czasem zabieramy Mayę chociaż nie ma tam zbyt wiele do zabawy. Ale zawsze można posocjalizować się z innymi dziećmi ;)
In one of the restaurants we sometimes eat (Dijon Euro Family Restaurant), there is a separate play area for children. We sometimes take Maya there - there isn’t a lot to play with, but at least Maya can sometimes socialise with other kids ;)
Jak widać Maya znosi pobyt w Korei całkiem nieźle ;) Ciekawe czy cokolwiek z tego pobytu zapamięta ;) Jeśli nie, przynjamniej bedzie miała stosy zdjęc do oglądania :)
As you can see, Maya is really enjoying herself in Korea ;) I wonder whether she will remember anything about her stay here ;) If not, at least she will have loads of photos to go through :)
